i had 3 nights in york, spending my time here lovely. stunning and perfect location next to crescent w m c. my room was outstanding, huge and i met polite staff, i had excellent communication.

We had 1 day in York, spending our time here lovely. The staff were exceptional, pleasant, would stay here again. This hotel was located in a central area so close to the city centre and restaurants and the shops.

Comfortable bed in quadruple room with central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. Its location was central, walking distance to Crescent w m C. The staff was efficient and the service was very good. Welcome drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had pleasant staff and location. The restaurant was amazing and served hot food. With friendly check-in and late check-out, this hotel was newly remodelled. There were good internet and small parking available.

Super location, extremely helpful staff, big bed. The views from my nice bedroom were nice. It was a nice stay, you could leave a car on-site. Could use their great parking.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Lovely and PERFECTly clean hotel. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Large, reasonably large room. Lovely building and perfect location.
